Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Courses

• Some courses may be eligible for refunds. Each course page will clearly mention whether it is Refundable or Non-Refundable.

• Refundable courses:

  • You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable courses:

  • Courses marked as “Non-Refundable” (e.g., downloadable digital products, special offers) cannot be canceled or refunded once access is granted.

Services (Automation Solutions)

• Refunds are available only if the service has not yet started.

• Once implementation begins, fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• For courses, cancellation is not possible once access is granted.

• For ongoing services, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before renewal.
