Welcome to AcharyaX ("we", "us", "our"). We offer digital products and online services through acharyax.com. As we do not sell or ship any physical goods, traditional shipping does not apply. This policy explains how digital delivery works, expected timelines, and what to do if you face any issues.


1) Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made on acharyax.com by customers located in India and internationally, unless stated otherwise in a specific product page or agreement.


2) What We Deliver (Digital Only)

  • Access to online services, subscriptions, or memberships.

  • Digital files, licenses, keys, or tokens (if applicable).

  • Course/content access or feature unlocks within your AcharyaX account.

No physical products are dispatched. We do not provide courier, cash-on-delivery (COD), or in-person delivery.


3) Delivery Method & Timelines

After a successful payment (e.g., via Razorpay, UPI, cards, netbanking):

  • On‑screen confirmation appears immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.

  • Account-based delivery: Digital access is provisioned to your AcharyaX account automatically.

  • Email-based delivery (if applicable): License keys or download links are emailed to your registered address.

Typical provisioning time: Instant to within 15 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases (e.g., payment gateway review, network delays), it may take up to 24 hours. If a transaction is flagged for manual review or requires additional verification, it may take up to 48 hours.


4) Shipping Charges

Not applicable. ₹0 shipping—no physical dispatch occurs.


5) Order Tracking

Not applicable. Since nothing is shipped, there are no airway bills or tracking IDs. You can check delivery status by:

  • Logging into your AcharyaX account to confirm access.

  • Reviewing your confirmation email for activation details.


6) If You Haven’t Received Access or Email

If your order shows as paid but you don’t see access within the timelines above:

  1. Check spam/junk folders and ensure [learn@acharyax.com] is allowed.

  2. Verify you are logging in with the same email used at checkout.

  3. Look for the Razorpay Payment ID in your payment confirmation.

  4. If still unresolved after 30 minutes, contact us with:

    • Full name and registered email

    • Order number and Razorpay Payment ID

    • Purchase date/time and amount

We will investigate and re-provision access or send the digital item again as needed.


7) Address Collection

Any postal address requested during checkout (if at all) is for billing/verification only. It is not used for shipping.


8) Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Physical returns are not applicable. For monetary refunds or cancellations of digital purchases, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked from our footer or help center). Where a refund is approved, related digital access may be revoked.


9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
